For veterans living with vision loss, everyday tasks such as reading mail, identifying objects, navigating unfamiliar spaces, or making phone calls can present ongoing challenges. Earlier this month, Meta announced they will be providing Ray-Ban Meta, their AI glasses, to all blind veterans in America for free. Additionally, in partnership with the Blinded Veterans Association (BVA), they will be offering hands-on training with every pair, ensuring every veteran feels confident using the technology.

More than 130,000 American veterans are legally blind and will be eligible for Ray-Ban Meta glasses.
