PROJECT 360º – A 3-phase program developed for veterans, by veterans:
PHASE I: Mentorship & Mediation
Upon joining Project 360, veterans are paired with a mentor who offers guidance and support throughout every phase. Family mediation sessions are also available to help loved ones navigate new challenges and contribute to the veteran’s success. For veterans experiencing treatment-resistant PTSD symptoms, the program provides access to complementary integrated health (CIH) therapies, which have been clinically shown to reduce reliance on prescription medications.
PHASE II: Education & Employment
In Phase II, we focus on education and employment needs. Our mentors are professionally trained to assist veterans identify Yellow Ribbon schools, apply for education benefits, and enroll in accredited training programs. Phase II also offers a diverse selection of accredited programs and employment opportunities, made possible through our network of supporting companies operating in the local community.
PHASE III: Volunteer Service
In Phase III, veterans volunteer to support humanitarian missions, choosing to care for either a child or a fellow veteran injured by war. Through this service, they rediscover a renewed sense of purpose by making a meaningful difference in another person’s life. The impact of Phase III is reflected in the growing archive of missions completed by Project 360º participants. These veterans not only understand the program’s mission, but also have the distinct skills and experience essential to fulfilling it.
