About Soldier On - New Jersey

We Are Soldiering On

Soldier On is a private nonprofit organization committed to ending veteran homelessness. Since 1994, the organization has been providing homeless veterans with transitional housing and supportive services.

If you know a veteran or a member of a veteran family who is homeless or at risk of being homeless residing in central or eastern New York state, northern or central New Jersey, western Pennsylvania, or western Massachusetts who could benefit from Soldier On’s Supportive Services for Veterans Families program, call 1-866-406-8449.

Through our SSVF outreach program, we go directly to the Veteran, assisting families experiencing homelessness, or those at risk of becoming homeless. Soldier On provides guidance and coordination for Veterans and their families, helping them make informed decisions, and understand their options. We can connect them to VA benefits and community-based resources, and help identify housing and linkages to needed services so that families can experience safety, stability and economic self-sufficiency.
