Northwell Health Military Liaison Services is dedicated to supporting veterans, service members, and their families through a comprehensive network of care, education and advocacy services. Our mission is to help military connected individuals successfully transition, thrive, and build brighter futures by connecting them with healthcare resources, employment opportunities, educational support, and veteran services.

Our care coordination team provides personalized support through comprehensive needs assessments that identify challenges veterans and their families may be experiencing and connect them to appropriate resources and services. We are committed to expanding access to care and improving the overall wellbeing of the military community through compassionate, veteran centered support.

Through individualized career planning, resume development, interview preparation, and direct pathways into healthcare careers, we help veterans and service members translate their military experience into rewarding civilian professions. Our programs provide assess to a variety of healthcare and support roles while fostering long term professional growth and success.

Accredited Veteran Service Officer (VSO) representatives are available to assist with VA claims, benefits navigation and appeals at no cost. By combining healthcare access, career development, benefits advocacy, and personalized support, Northwell Health Military Liaison Services serves as a trusted resource for those who have served our nation and the families who stand beside them.
